The hotel is perfect and spotlessly clean, nestled in a very comfortable building with absolutely breathtaking view on the mountains. The staff is responsive, as well as owner. The venue has magnificent location very close to the city center.

Ideal and exceptionally nice location with parking on site. 10 minutes walk to a bus stop. A lot of good food at breakfast time.

A very nice place to stay in Chaouen. Located very close to the bus station, so it's perfect when you want to arrive in the morning/at noon, leave your stuff in the hotel, then climb (or take a taxi) to the medina and spend the rest of the day there, come easily back (10 minutes downhill walk) and take an early bus from Chaouen. The owner puts a lot of effort to make his guests happy. He gave us a bigger room for the same price (and the room was really huge, with a separate living room/kitchen) and took time to talk to us, answer our questions about the city, Morocco in general etc.

great location, easy to find, magnificent view, very pleasent and welcoming owner who offered us very good home made cookies and fine mint tea. he also provided us very useful informations about the city.

This place has well-organized accommodation with a magnificent setting close to the mountains and public transport, offering a delicious and great breakfast, making it a great way to end our trip.

Just what you want and expect. Breakfasts were tasty, the rooms were clean, comfortable and homey. Bedroom and bath was just what you expect from a b&B. The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the chefchaouen. The staff was extremely helpful - there when you need them but overly attentive. Priced like a hotel but a more comfortable place to stay. Thank you to the owners for all the work you do to make casa annasr House a beautiful home and a relaxing place for your guests. The staff was really helpful - picking me up from the taxi stop and helping me in trip arrangement. The room was clean, but things were rather old. Very beautiful decoration, and breakfast was nice too. It is right next to the bus station, good for people who arrive late or have a early bus to catch.

Roomy and well-designed rooms with awesome amenities, and the surroundings are stunning! Had a great time here – definitely thinking about coming back for more 😊.

the owner really tried to speak English with you and make you comfortable. breakfast was the best we had in any hotel in Morocco.

We had booked a double room with private bathroom facilities. when we got there, we could choose from a room upstairs, but we had to share bathroom with other rooms on same floor, or we could get the small room downstairs, leading of the communal area, so very noisy and not very private. Doors don't close to well, due to being old wood, so there was a big gap between door panels making it that anybody walking by could just look into your room..we had to close that up with a towel to get some feeling of privacy. Dinner was nice, even though there was no menu and nothing to choose, but it was on the expensive side for 12 Euros pp.

Layashi and his family are most welcoming. The b&b is clean, comfortable, conveniently located across the road from the bus station (literally) and most importantly family run. Layashi speaks enough English to be able communicate which is really handy as there aren't too many ppl in chaouen that can. More importantly, Layashi will go out of his way to help you as he did with me. Having discovered my bus to Tangiers was cancelled, Layashi came to the rescue and hatched a plan for a shared taxi to Ceuta - costing me less than the bus fare. Moreover he personally took me to the shared taxi stand, prepared written instructions, spoke to the taxi driver on my behalf and it all went very well. Thank you Layashi - your hospitality and compassion will never be forgotten!
